ONE MIGHTY WEEKEND EXPO 2008 will be located at the BUENA VISTA HOTEL during ONE MIGHTY WEEKEND in Orlando, Florida, from Friday, June 6 through Sunday, June 8. The ONE MIGHTY WEEKEND Registration Center is in the heart of ONE MIGHTY WEEKEND EXPO. Exhibitors will have unprecedented access to tens of thousands of domestic and international vacationers, Gay Day travelers, hotel guests, reunion pool party patrons, and individuals flowing through the ONE MIGHTY WEEKEND EXPO Registration Center to pick up or purchase weekend passes or individual tickets to ONE MIGHTY WEEKEND parties and ONE MIGHTY WEEKEND OF SPORTS events.
ONE MIGHTY WEEKEND EXPO will operate during the following times: Friday, June 6 from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Saturday, June 7 from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and Sunday, June 8 from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Exhibitors will showcase products and services of particular interest to the GLBT and allied communities. Exhibitors represent travel, foods, spirits, entertainment, fashion apparel, sports, media, finance, internet services, automotive and life styles, offering the latest and greatest views on popular culture in each sector.
EXHIBITOR INFORMATION
As a ONE MIGHTY WEEKEND Exhibitor, you will have the opportunity to present your products and services to all patrons visiting the ONE MIGHTY WEEKEND EXPO and Registration Center. In excess of 15,000 members of the GLBT and allied community visit the BUENA VISTA PALACE during ONE MIGHTY WEEKEND each year.
ONE MIGHTY WEEKEND Exhibitors are offered three medal packages: GOLD MEDAL EXHIBITOR, SILVER MEDAL EXHIBITOR PACKAGE, and BRONZE MEDAL PACKAGE. Each package offers varying opportunity for visibility, advertisement, and recognition during ONE MIGHTY WEEKEND EXPO. All Exhibitors will receive advertising placement in the official ONE MIGHTY WEEKEND GUIDEBOOK. GOLD MEDAL EXHIBITORS and SILVER MEDAL EXHIBITORS’ logos will be placed on the ONE MIGHTY WEEKEND entrance marquee, greeting all guests into this chic venue.
ONE MIGHTY WEEKEND GUIDEBOOK
All medal Exhibitors will be presented in the ONE MIGHTY WEEKEND GUIDEBOOK. Each ONE MIGHTY WEEKEND pass and ticket holder will receive a Welcome Bag, which will contain the ONE MIGHTY WEEKEND GUIDEBOOK and other weekend promotional items. The Guidebook is a tremendous source of information and will be used to introduce ONE MIGHTY WEEKEND OF SPORTS along with associated information for all participating athletes and spectators.
